The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), signed into law by President Biden on March 11, 2021 invests $1.75 billion in American Indian and Alaska Native government programs administered under the oversight of the Department of the Interior’s Assistant Secretary – Indian Affairs (AS- IA). Kialegee Tribal Town has allocated funds to promote the general welfare interests of Kialegee Tribal Town members. The following programs have been developed to assist members:

  • Social Services

  • Children and Youth Services

  • Vocational Training and Educational Development Assistance

  • Employment Assistance

  • Incomplete applications will not be processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of application. Payments will be made directly to vendors/service providers, when possible. If receipts of funding assistance are required, applicant has 30 days from receiving funds to submit receipts. If receipts are not submitted, applicant risks repayment of funds or denial of any tribal assistance application in the future. No reimbursements will be made for purchases made prior to approval of these guidelines. All assistance is based on funding availability.
